1. Who We Are
AiSyncSo is a sovereign AI studio that designs, deploys, and operates autonomous AI agent systems for enterprises in the GCC and MENA region. We provide our services through a subscription-based platform accessible at aisyncso.com, processed through TAP Payments as our authorised payment service provider.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
3. Services
AiSyncSo provides a cloud-based sovereign AI orchestration platform delivered as a subscription service across multiple plan tiers. Full details of available plans, features, session limits, and current pricing are described at aisyncso.com/pricing.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform with at least 14 days' prior notice. We will not remove core functionality from your active plan without providing a reasonable alternative or a pro-rated refund.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aisyncso.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by TAP Payments, our authorised payment service provider. By making a purchase, you agree to TAP Payments' terms of service in addition to these Terms. AiSyncSo does not store your full card details. Payment information is handled securely by TAP Payments in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and other payment methods made available through TAP Payments in your region. Available methods are displayed at checkout.
5.3 Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT will be added to invoices where required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
5.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. You have 7 days to update your payment method before access to the Platform is suspended. We will not terminate your account without providing at least 7 days' prior written notice.
6. Subscription and Recurring Billing
6.1 Recurring Billing Consent
By subscribing to any AiSyncSo plan, you explicitly authorise AiSyncSo to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis monthly or annually as selected until you cancel. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the plan selected, the amount to be charged, the billing frequency, and the cancellation process.
6.2 Billing Cycle
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month from the date of first purchase. Annual subscriptions are billed on the same date each year. If your billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g. 31st), billing occurs on the last day of that month.
6.3 Price Changes
We will provide at least 60 days' written notice before increasing your subscription fee. Price changes take effect at the start of your next renewal period. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
6.4 Usage Overages
If your usage exceeds the session or minute limits of your plan, overage charges apply at the rates listed at aisyncso.com/pricing. Overages are calculated monthly and charged at the end of each billing period. We will notify you by email when you reach 80% of your plan limit.
7. Cancellation
7.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by: (a) logging into your account dashboard and selecting 'Cancel Subscription', or (b) sending a written cancellation request to hello@aisyncso.com with your account email and plan details. We will confirm your cancellation by email within 2 business days.
7.2 Effect of Cancellation Monthly Plans
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Platform until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
7.3 Effect of Cancellation Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, cancellation stops automatic renewal. You retain access until the end of the current annual period already paid for. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an annual term except as described in our Refund Policy.
7.4 Data After Cancellation
Following cancellation, your Client Data and agent configurations will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which they will be permanently deleted. We will send a reminder email 7 days before permanent deletion.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy (aisyncso.com/privacy-policy). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.
AiSyncSo operates a Hard-Border architecture. Your data is processed and stored exclusively within your designated deployment region and never transferred outside it without your prior written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
AiSyncSo owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the AI Firewall architecture, orchestration engine, and all associated software. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You retain full ownership of all Client Data and content you upload to the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiSyncSo's total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AiSyncSo in those 12 months. AiSyncSo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Termination
AiSyncSo may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay outstanding fees after notice, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes. You will be notified by email before any account termination, except in cases of serious breach.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction confirm with legal counsel]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of [Arbitration body confirm with legal counsel].

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email and by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
