Refund Policy

1. Overview

AiSyncSo offers subscription-based AI services. This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one. All refunds are processed through TAP Payments back to the original payment method used for purchase.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except in the circumstances described in Section 5 (Exceptional Refunds). If you cancel a monthly subscription, access continues until the end of the paid period with no further charges.

3. Annual Subscriptions

3.1 Standard Annual Terms

Annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun, except as described in Sections 3.2 and 5 below.

3.2 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a new annual subscriber and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment and have not yet used the Platform in a live production environment, we will issue a full refund. Requests must be sent to hello@aisyncso.com with your account email and order reference.

3.3 AiSyncSo-Initiated Cancellation

If AiSyncSo terminates your subscription for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription term. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of complete months remaining.

4. Entry-Level Plan Credit

Our entry-level plan may be purchased as a proof-of-concept engagement. If you complete the initial engagement period and upgrade to a higher plan within 30 days, the full fee paid for the entry-level plan will be credited toward your first month of the upgraded plan. 5. Exceptional Refunds

You may be entitled to a full or partial refund regardless of the above terms if:

  • AiSyncSo experiences a service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours within your billing period, beyond the uptime SLA for your plan refund equivalent to the affected period.
  • AiSyncSo materially breaches its data sovereignty commitment (your data is processed outside your designated deployment region without consent) full refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period.
  • A duplicate charge occurs due to a payment processing error full refund of the duplicate amount.
  • You were charged for a plan or feature you did not agree to full refund of the unauthorised charge.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Overage charges already incurred in a completed billing period.
  • Setup or onboarding fees where services have been delivered.
  • Annual subscription fees after 7 calendar days from first payment (except Sections 3.3 and 5).
  • Subscription fees for periods already accessed and used.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at hello@aisyncso.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the dispute directly within 5 business days.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with AiSyncSo, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence of service delivery.

8. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to hello@aisyncso.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The TAP Payments transaction reference or invoice number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The amount you believe you are owed

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed through TAP Payments and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
