AiSyncSo is a sovereign AI studio that designs, builds, and operates autonomous AI agent systems for enterprises in the GCC and MENA region. We are based in Lebanon and deploy sovereign cloud infrastructure in the GCC in accordance with client data residency requirements.

2. What Data We Collect

Website Visitors

Client Service Delivery

When our AI agents interact with your customers on your behalf, we process personal data as your data processor, under your instructions, within your sovereign deployment environment.

3. How We Protect Your Data

Our platform is built on a Hard-Border architecture. Client data is processed and stored within the country of deployment. We do not transfer client data outside your designated deployment region.

• •All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 with locally managed encryption keys.
• •All conversations pass through our AI Firewall, which automatically detects and redacts personally identifiable information.
• •Each client deployment is fully isolated, your data is never shared with or accessible by any other client.
• •Your data is never used to train general-purpose public models.
• •Role-based access controls restrict access to authorised personnel only.
• •A tamper-proof audit trail records every action taken by every agent in your deployment.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Website enquiry data is held for up to 24 months from last contact. Client service data is held for the duration of the contract. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@aisyncso.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access the data we hold about you, the right to correct inaccurate data, and the right to request deletion of your data.
